How to Use
X-O

Odor Control and Cleaning Suggestions.

XC  = Concentrated X-O Odor Neutralizer
(Dilute with water)

PC = Concentrated X-O Plus Odor Neutralizer + Cleaner (Dilute in water for mopping and wipe down solution.  Neutralizes odors as it cleans surfaces.)

Air Freshener:  Spray PC into the air as needed.  Spray into air return vent to neutralize odors throughout the air system zone.

Autoclave odors:  Before autoclaving specimens, spray PC several puffs of directly onto the autoclave bag. For large bags, use one or two teaspoons in the bag.

Bathrooms, Showers & Baths:  Spray XC on any surface and wipe with a clean cloth.  Spray or XC into the air for "bathroom odors".  Pour XC, or PC into toilet to eliminate odors before they start.  Dilute PC at 1 oz. per gallon of water as a wipe down solution.  Clean all bathroom surfaces: floors, basin, toilet, tub, shower, windows, vanity, mirrors.  Pour PC full strength to a clean cloth and wipe shower door or shower stalls to remove soap scum.  When an abrasive cleaner is required to remove mineral deposits from toilets,
shower stalls and exterior window surfaces, make a paste of Bon Ami (Bon Ami contains 94% feldspar, a natural clay, and 6% natural soap) with Concentrated X-O PLUS.  This will form a mildly abrasive cleaning polish that will polish glass, porcelain, stainless steel, ceramic tile, chrome, fiberglass, Formica, and imitation marble.  Sprinkle a small amount of Bon Ami on a lint-free cloth dampened with PC.  Coat the surface to be cleaned and allow to stand until dry.  Polish with a clean, lint-free cloth.  Occasionally, when all else fails, it will be necessary to use a wet/dry abrasive paper of 600C (fine) or less on very bad rust stains and mineral deposits.  Use wet/dry paper only as a last resort to restore, never in everyday cleaning.  Porcelain surfaces can be damaged with wet/dry papers and they should never be used on imitation marble surfaces.

Camping:  Spray XC when using portable camp toilets and outhouses.  Use 4oz. XC per gallon of water in RV holding tank.

CarpetsFor spot cleaning coffee stains, spray with PR and lift the stain with a dry towel.  Use PC full strength to remove chewing gum. (Wet the surface of the gum with PC.  Wait several minutes before lifting the gum with a dull knife.)  Before vacuuming or spin-bonnet buffing, spray PR into carpet.  Use 1 oz. of PC per gallon of water in carpet extraction cleaner system.  No need to add other cleaning chemicals.  Proceed to clean the carpet area as per equipment manufacturer's directions.
Hard Floors:
Use 1 oz. of PC per gallon of water for wet mopping.

Cigarette Smoke:  Spray ash trays with PC.  In recreation rooms or wherever smoking is permitted, make a wick with paper towel in a container, soak with PR and place behind an air vent or screen.

Decomposition odors:  Spray PC to neutralize odors in the air.  If decomposition odors are affecting a dwelling
